He completely overhauled the coaching staff and is alligning and supporting the team for a HUGE push to get the team into the playoffs. After that accomplishment, and with a bit of luck, AP may well be hoisting the SB Trophy in the next few months/years. We got a ways to go, but this house of bricks isn't gonna fall down with a bunch of huffing and puffing like before! (ps...the draft will be HUGE for the Raiders!)

@@darelgiltman9543 I completely agree brother after AP took over last year it was so exciting watching this team play usually I love watching offense but I was excited to see the defense on the field the turn overs we caused the violence and gritty fight we brought to that side of the ball was just electric go raiders!!!!
