The Bears plays outside and the Stadium is located right on the Lake Front. I believe Coach Prime once said that he played in Chicago and it was extremely cold. Jerry Jones wants both Shilo and Shedeur.

I guess he doesn't know Caleb played HS ball in DC. Most teams play indoors however you play half your games on the road and in the playoffs, you won't have choice.
