He just added another HBCU coach Vincent Dancy from MVSU to the staff. That make 3 HBCU coaches now. Happy they will be given the chance to show there talents.

He can only do so much. He will give them what they pay for and more. The opponents will play his team as if the were playing A Championship team they will make the adjustments. It the meantime he is getting a stipend for the job he performs.
