Unfortunately, it's not a very intense sport anime. Not a lot of "action". I'd say Blue Lock should be first, maybe Ahiru no Sora after that? Then Run With The Wind.

A funny fact about this OVA is that Akashi has not lost a single game no matter the team combination, and it's obvious because he is ABSOLUTE 👑👑👑!!!!!

11:01 sounds like Bokuto but unfortunately not him(voice actor). P.S: Actually Bokuto's VA voiced Kise Ryouta(the yellow hair guy from generation of miracles) on this series

I think my favourite thing about an anime like this is how instead of just beating a bunch of bosses, the hero finds a way to fix each one and add them as friends and allies.

5:58 yep, Murasakibara goes to school in Akita! Also, Akashi goes to school in Kyoto. They come to Tokyo for the tournaments, and proooobably to visit? Not too sure lol This episode is one of my favorite filler episodes in all of anime! I had so much fun watching this when I first watched it back in 2015. I'm so excited for the movie! Will you be doing two parts like the Haikyuu movie reactions?

Slam Dunk walked so Haikyuu could run. The best sports animes EVER! Both of them have fantastic storytelling and it's worth mentioning how SD inspired the genre (including Haikyuu).

Glad you enjoyed it coach! Blue lock is a wild ride but it’ll be Interesting to hear your opinion on some of the concepts that blue lock brings up. Also keep your ears open as there are voice actors from kurokos basketball and haikyu that are a part of blue lock.

Have you decided how you will react to the movie? Will it be one long video or will it be 2-4 shorter videos? Also, will you be doing a Q&A or anything as a wrap up to the series? I have some questions about your opinions of the anime and on sport in general and was wondering if you would have some sort of avenue to address those?

Yes! I will be breaking up the movie into 3 reaction videos. The first two will be reacting privately, and then the 3rd part will be a livestream reaction with Ultra Instinct Members. I like the idea of the Q & A! I've never done that for an anime reaction. Do you have any suggestions now how to do it?

Not really sure how I'd do it... Maybe ask people to leave questions in the comments for a view videos to gauge interest. If there seems to be a lot of thoughtful comments you'd like to address, then make a video going through them. If there isn't interest you would know ahead of time. @@ElevateYourPowerLevel9000

I know you said that Bluelock is the next anime you'll watch but I'm still gonna push that you watch Ping Pong The Animation first. It's only like 11 episodes and is super satisfying the whole way through. You could definitely sneak it in between kuroko and bluelock, especially since bluelock has a new season coming out in a few months.

If Kuroko no Basketball is about friendship and teamwork then Blue Lock is on the opposite end 😅 Boukyaku Battery is about baseball, underrated but totally worth watching. Only 1 season of anime (manga still going). Manga released under "Jump" is almost guaranteed to be good

Wish I had friends who would throw a whole party for me someday, at least once in a lifetime. School years were the worst (used to be the go-to target of social harassment and bullying, I literally have zero childhood friends) and the ones I found later in life are busy with their own stuff. Helped to gather some parties for a few friends, but never had mine. I guess I'm too old to care about it and being too sensitive or whatever. I'll also probably regret this comment later lol

I really enjoyed your Haikyuu and KnB reactions. I'm definitely looking forward to you Blue Lock reaction. I'm eager to hear your opinion on the animations cause most people (especially manga readers) were very disappointed by the animations because the manga had such an incredible artstyle that wasn't translated well into the anime

Hey Coach, I have some recommendations for your next watch. I'm sure most people are looking for bluelock and that show is great for sure! Personally though I think on a sports education level and a performance level, Ace of diamond is a better pick. The coach in the show is an English lit teacher and his perspective on coaching is really cool. Please check it out!
