1 STEP JUMP-CUT DRILL
In order for a runningback to be productive on the football field he must be efficient in his training. I created a drill that will help beginners to experts perfect there jump-cutting ability. This drill will help with 2 aspects of your jump-cutting:
1. Push Foot - (Pushing Your Self Into A Direction With Force )
2. Low Base - (Strong Foundation)
