And he doesn't get there by good jobs and nicely done... unless he truly deserves it. Anything else is just ego inflation and will not lead to the maximum learning effect.

@Stouty Verdugo? Only at the start. Once he comes down, it's more of a proper fight. He just attacks so much that you use the dodge commands a lot lol.

Best thing to do at first is to stay at measure so you can give yourself enough time to listen for the yell or to hard read the attack. If you know somebody is spamming feint then let them drain their stamina if your reading is good

"There's nothing in the mechanics that leaves room to do things well/poorly and get rewarded/punished respectively" I disagree. Drags/accels can generaly be neutralized by movement and footwork, you can learn to drag and read better and muscle/reaction memory is a big part of mordhau also please explain the last sentence cause i dont understand what you mean at all btw as someone with 900h i totally agree that mordhau on high level is not fun at all and the meta with abusing drag/accel animations is plain annoying but to say it doesnt require skill is just ignorant I just think that the current skill level lays in the wrong areas personally with trying to read fucked up unreadable animations

If you want to try it again do it now. There was a LOT of new players some weeks ago (like 2 lvl 100+ and all the rest lvl 10 max). now theres a bit less new players, but still quite much.

I got it on epic, now level 51. There are servers for my ping(east coast) 24/7 and even more for EUW.
