Her turned out really nice. As a fellow wavy gal, I usually go first for leave-in (brush style your way), then foam, plop and gel after but I may just try it your daughter's way because that looks really good! Love from Greece

Love this! Love to see the two of you styling each other’s hair. I am trying to learn so I can teach my daughter (9 almost 10yrs old) I wonder how you deal with mixed porosity and texture. My daughter has very fine, high density, spiral curls (3b) with coarse area on her crown that’s so dry. I can style the whole head but the crown area it’s impossible to tame. Meanwhile I have very thick coarse hair, medium density, with waves and curls all mixed (2b,2c and 3a). It’s sure a journey 😅

We kinda like the idea of styling each other’s hair so we might just have to do that. As far as different porosities and textures, you’d generally go with finding a balance between the two if it’s random throughout the head. With her having just one coarse dry area you could spot treat it with using a more moisturizing conditioner there and styling products that are a bit more emollient and have a bit more hold. Love the banter. Thanks for the video. I am huge fan of AG Liquid Effects. Curious how much do you share of products? Does your daughter try all of your new products ? I would enjoy more videos with both of you. You have a great mother-daughter relationship. The over night wash day has been a game changer for me. Started doing it 4 years ago and wish I would have done it sooner. Question for your daughter, have you tried leaving the front pieces out of the bun and just clip them into your bun so they don’t stretch out? I have seen @hanzcurls do that. She has similar length of hair.

We share quite a few products. It works out well since I have so many for the channel I wouldn’t be able to finish them myself! Lol. She tries most of my new products. Especially the ones I know will work best for her hair. The ones that I know won’t work, I don’t have her try. And as far as the clipping of the front pieces she basically sleeps on her face so having a clip up front would be in the way and probably uncomfortable. Thank you for watching!
