Another time you might try running your bow line outside everything back to the cockpit and then pick up the mooring ball there. Once you’ve got the ball you can take the line forward & then deal with the stern.
Thats how I would have done that.I single handed for over a year on the west coast of Canada Georgian Gulf Islands and had to learn how to manage anchoring, moorings etc.
A day out sailing in bad weather is still better than a good day in the office ;) I know too well the struggles of single handing. Glad I am not alone :D

She fell victim to hurricane Hilary, all was lost. Jk. Still got it. Thinking about starting videos again soon, just with less time put into editing. They will be more primitive, but at least it will be something.
