There is more to selling seafood than just setting up a fish stall if you want happy customers who keep coming back to buy your fish. This is a story about Peter who has his comfortable life selling fish disrupted when Louisa opens a stall next to his. All his old customers now buy fish from Louisa and he does not understand why. The video shows how Peter learns some of Louisa's fish selling techniques and slowly regains a good share of the increased business that comes to the fish market with all the improvements that are made.
