Lots of compromises and a couple of mistakes (the pic used for the UCS like sticker and the aft upper hangars mostly) but i had already dismantled and riassembled it a couple of times, wasn't going to do everything again.
Hope it is good enough as it is, i spent about 2 years on this model ; scale 1/300 , length 3'9'' , height 16''

I simply followed the instructions from the COBI WW2 ship model, and modified them accordingly by looking closely to images from the anime ... of course i couldn't make instructions for the moc as well, would have required too much more time.

I have another unused COBI WW2 Yamato, so maybe yes ... but it'ld take a lot of time like it did with the Yamato i'm afraid.

Have some pics but can always make more. For the instruction i used the one of the COBI WW2 Yamato set and invented what the set didn't cover by looking at pics of the yamato from the anime.

I don't see how the SSD Executor could survive against the Yamato's Wave Motion gun. Not sure if they only use regular blasters / lasers, the Executor surely has more firepower in that case, but the Yamato can take a lot, and surely the Wave Motion shields are superior to the Executor's deflector shields.
