Such a genuine, good hearted soul Thomas is. He did an exquisite job bringing Terry Silver on the screen. Absolutely amazing.

Thomas Ian Griffith deserves HUGE paydays! He MADE season 4, I had chills Everytime he was in scene. And listen to how he talks, great human being. What a good man!

Silver lived up to all the expectations created by all fans, prediction videos, and Cobra Kai based channels. Seriously what a bad ass character.

It still cracks me up to this day that Thomas Ian Griffith is younger than Ralph Macchio. But he’s playing a character so much older than Ralph Macchio‘s character.

Thomas is the most bad ass actor character that everyone wants in this show and I'm so happy he came on board and did such a wonderful job. Nuff said. A+++++++

This man MADE part 3 worth the watch then sold the absurdity that he, himself, infused in the role, and did it convincingly. It takes a great actor to run with a role like Terry Silver and make it THAT memorable, then bring it back and somehow top it. Plus, the guy seems like he's legit super nice.

Terry Silver is my personal favorite character in Cobra Kai. Foreshadowing the notion of "one's weakness" and following it through in the end, wow!

He's fantastic this season. He was a bit of a cartoony villain in Karate Kid 3 but he's much more complex now and Thomas Ian Griffith has really given this character depth. Great to watch!

I'll be honest, never expected a performance from Cobra Kai to contend for an emmy against the likes of Succession or White Lotus, but Thomas Ian Griffith really does turn in Emmy caliber work. Phenomenal.

He's also held his end up in the martial arts world with the fight scenes. Those weren't doubles. Nice to see legitimate martial artists like Ian Griffith still contribute in their older age.

I was rooting for Terry up until episode 7, he even showed signs of being a good sensei telling his students to face their fears and was more of a pacifist, contrasting Kreese's aggression. He had turned his life around and was a good man so I hope he is redeemed.

Love how it shows the effect of what Kreese was trying to do to him, that "minefields" episode where it shows kreese exploiting Silver's ptsd because he apparently said a word out of line, I like the grey area because in some ways you could say that although extreme Terry's actions otherwise were justified.

Thomas Ian Griffith is a phenomenal actor. He did amazing with his character, Terry Silver. I'm happy he returned to acting and reminding us of what Terry Silver's about... I can't wait to see what he'll do with his character next in season 5. Terry Silver: Ultimate Chess-master.

Badass actor playing a badass antagonist in a badass show. Everything about Cobra Kai is BADASS!

Growing up, I watched Karate Kid III over and over again because the way Terry manipulated Daniel was evil, yet so fascinating to me. I'd regularly check to see if Ian had any acting projects lined up and was so happy to see him back in this show. It's the perfect return to acting, and long may he be a part of this saga.

I like Thomas Ian Griffith since I saw him in Vampires, that John Carpenter movie. For me, that was the best work of his career. Now, Cobra Kai in the second position. Great actor! 08/01/22

The beauty of this show is you understand where the bad guys are coming from. You can't help but be angry at them but on the other side Root for them. Terry is suffering from PTSD probably from both the war and his dad. I understand why he's frustrated with Kreese bringing up the war and the cage all of the time. Can silver become a good guy? I think we all hope so. Kreese is for sure going to redeem himself

He was amazing in Season 4. Especially for someone who retired from acting over 10 years ago.

Great stuff by Griffith. The thing is even as "Terrance" he gave off a very convincing performance and was unhappy at bumping into Kreese again. My favourite scene is the bathroom "flip" scene, Griffith didn't say a word but conveyed so much. I actually do think he can be redeemed, eg whereas before he blocked out Kreese and his new circle of friends weren't even aware that he was a Vet we see he then started blocking out Cheyenne instead. Putting all the Tofu aside I actually think it is Cheyenne who will be the key to bringing Silver out of his PTSD descent into madness and help him release his guilt over getting "Ponytail" killed. I suspect that whatever was a part of the "thoughtfulness" app will be the counter point to all the CObra Kai Quicksilver stuff

just imagine how wonderful a vision the Cobra Kai team have, enough to bring this man out of retirement.

Terry Silver did not disappoint, he was as treacherous as ever.

Thomas Ian Griffith nailed it season 4. Exceeded all expectations. You laughed with him and terrified by how he was with the students. The writers/showrunners fleshed his character well.

Have been loving the entire series so far and although the entire cast did an amazing job, without disrespecting any of the cast members, Terry Silver aka Thomas Ian Griffith truly stole the show!! 4 is my favorite season so far and looking forward to the 5th!

I'm probably the only kid who watched KK3 and wanted Terry to have redemption. I remember wanting him to show up in the cartoon(yes, I remember watching the cartoon) as a redeemed character, or even in The Next Karate Kid..... I was a strange child lol I love that he came back this season and I love what they did with the character... I still hope he is redeemable and I hope Daniel can forgive him for what he did.

I kinda hope he's not redeemed. I love that show is all about the gray area, but I think it needs a genuine big bad for the final two seasons. You can still be a complex and interesting character while being a villain.

Terry Silver is so baddass that you just love to hate him.. Thomas Ian Griffith is an incredible actor to be able to pull that off. Every scene he's in he just kills it. Like Tim Roth in Rob Roy.

Character development is top notch! I didn't like Thomas Ian Griffith as Terry Silver in Karate Kid 3 because I thought he was over the top acting the character, but bringing him back completely changed my view. He is seasoned now and he played his character perfectly this time around. Everyone is great! I'm hoping season 5 and on we will see the characters use martial arts lessons they learned in their life, like Miguel being able to use defense against bad people where he is going. I can't wait for the next season... Chozen Toguchi will also be BACK!!!

Glad to see Terry Silver back!! He totally stole Season 4. His manipulation to everybody was golden. Stealing the tournament, throwing Kreese in jail and keeping a straight face in all of it. That was awesome. To be honest, when I first saw Cobra Kai when it was on You Tube, I was really nervous to watch it. I was thinking to myself, "another Karate Kid? What's next. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or something." Given the last "Karate Kid" was a debacle. Totally sucked and why call it "Karate Kid". Shouldn't it "Kung Fu Kid"? Anyway, like everybody else, I gave it a chance and to this date, I'm loving every moment of it. Bringing back characters from the movies really fills in the gaps and opens new stories. Terry Silver was amazing in this season. Can't wait until S5. And Chozen Sensei is back!? I have a feeling Mike Barnes might be back real soon as well.

I don't think Silver can be redeemed, or Kreese for that matter, but then again, they redeemed Chozen, which I could have never imagined they would be able to do, but they did it. Only thing though was Chozen had the benefit of time, he did horrible things, but he had 35 years to reflect on what he did, and change. Kreese or Silver would have to basically change in a very short period of time, they are in their 60's and 70's, they are set in their ways, Chozen was maybe 17 or 18 when he did the things he did.

I actually think I would like him to not be redeemed. Because they seem to do this redemption thing with every character in this show, even Kreese, and I think the show needs a real evil villain that is just that evil mastermind. At the end Silver seemed like the Joker and I liked that.

I love this actor,, yes, he can change into a better character on the show if the writers make it like that, I don't want to see the character of Terry Silver being destroyed, I'd much rather see him change into a kinder, loving character,, that's what I would love to see,, if he does change into a better character that will take a long time though, but that's ok,, I'm ready for alot more seasons of Cobra Kai, and alot more of Terry Silver,, much love from me to Terry Silver, and the actor that plays him. :)

When a character is so well written that it explains, fleshes out, and to a large degree improves upon its past iteration(s), you know that this show is something special. Cus terry silver was the BEST part of this season to me. And to me he earned the antagonist/villain role.
