@@AlexAutoFun yes sir, I'm in NC, VA law enforcement is setup with detector detectors. I feel 99.9% positive the same guy developed those as well. Love your content, very detailed 👍
Yeah unfortunately the driver was pulled over by the LEO, so really radar detectors are only as good as the persons using it is as reacting to it LOL@@sphynxboy2006
Hi Iron! Unfortunately I have not tested the V1 so I can't say how they compare. I will see if we can add to the list of radar detectors to review (list is getting longer by the day lol!) Stay tuned, Cheers!
Hi Stumpy! While some radar detectors use to claim that there were invisible to radar detector detectors, I would personally would err on the side of caution as radar detector detectors are evolving as fast as radar detectors. So it's almost a cat and mouse game, new technology comes out that can detect them, new radar detectors come out that claim to be undetectable, then newer detectors come out that detect the previously undetectable radars. The good thing is that radar detectors are legal in almost all states (with a few exceptions). The states where they are illegal are typically the ones scanning for them. Cheers!
Hi Ghoul! Yep here you go ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Wb_PAPdFfZc.html and here is other dual side camera system ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-8i_CVpPj3Dg.html and here is another system HUD style ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-b2JXMQyU-24.html Cheers!
The driver never slowed down after the first alert. Also the cop was using instant on. That's why the first alert was short. The second alert the cop got the speed. Need to learn how to use the radar detector.
Yeah actually the user error was worse than that LOL The alert came on and stayed on the whole time, the reason I had to mute it is the radio was playing copyrighted music, but yeah fully agree with you a Radar Detector is only as good as the person using it. Cheers!@@High-techRedneckFishing
Hi Pale Rider! Nope, the radar detector run at 12V where USB runs at 5V. That being said some people use USB to 12V adapters like the one I show on this video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--hGu8KZLaZ4.html Just remember the manufacturer does not recommend using a different power supply and could potentiall void your warranty. Regarding hardwire, yes when requested by the customer, the installer can hardwire the detector. Cheers!
