I mean the 2000’s was an interesting decade because effectively it was a time in modern history where effectively the modern world went from out of the frying pan and into the fire. We had 9/11 in 2001, we got boots on the ground in Iraq in 2003, then boots on the ground by 2005, and then by 2008 we had the housing bubble. Considering this commercial parodied Grand Theft Auto 3, it even juxtaposed the morose atmosphere of that game.
I feel a bit sad for all of you who don't know the origin of this song: "You Give a Little Love" is the final song in the 1976 movie "Bugsy Malone". Please check it out!
NOSTALGIA WARNING ⚠️: Oh!! Wait, wait, wait, and cut, cut, cut!!! I have first seen that Coca-Cola commercial while my mother and I were at Cinemark Movies 12 back in 2003-2006 before any random movie started!!! That movie was located in Lancaster, California from when we used to live during those past years!!!!! That commercial had brought me so many memories when I made a determination to get to this video!!! 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
