Ther is obvious effort going into the stroke with some reward in terms of glide but also a lot of extraneous movement that is creating drag and resistance. Little stability through the hips with lifting and dropping and a wide kick which is being used to balance the rotation especially during the breath cycle. There are some good aspects of the stroke in terms of the pull and length of stroke but extended arm is dropping early during the breath cycle likely due to poor lateral chain engagement.
