I always thought your vids were the best I remember going on to flightlevel 350 maybe 10 years ago and loving lots of your vids including that Malaysian 777 dragonair 747 and quantas 747 awesome ATC
The tires on the nose landing gear were still spinning when they retracted into the wheel well. On Boeing aircraft, there are "snubbers" which are pads designed to stop the wheels after they enter the wheel well, and the tires rubbing against the snubbers is the sound you hear.
