i hate the parrot fish cause it gets soft if you dont eat it the day you catch it, even if you freeze it. Havent tried fresh raw parrot fish and prolly would do it soon..

We do dice the fish when making ota but when you’re out in the sea or if you’re just making ota to enjoy then we’d eat it like that. But honestly it’s up to you how you want it. I’d eat it like how they’re eating too it looks yum 😍😍
