Yummy yummy that's a hearty breakfast. Was strolling through your recipes.up came the one I had wanted a very long time eddoe leaf soup. If I was to used turkey and cow foot or pig feet. What to do first with the meat and callaloo?
Thank you so much for your beautiful comment. Im not familiar with eddoe leaf soup , but I'll try my best to help how I can. If you're using hard to cook meats such as cow/pig foot even sometimes turkey, I would suggest cooking first to soften before adding anything to it. Three quarter of the way, you can add your callaloo/dasheen leaf. Hope this helps!
