COCONUT CAKE GLUTEN-FREE AND LACTOSE-FREE

Ingredients for a 28cm cake pan:
-4 Medium Eggs
-200g Sugar
-120ml Vegetable Oil
-200ml Coconut Milk or Lactose-Free Coconut Yogurt
-240g Cornstarch
-100g Grated Coconut
-16g Baking Powder
For the decoration:
-200ml Water
-50g Grated Coconut
-50g Sugar
Baking time: 30/35 minutes at 180°C (356°F). Check with a toothpick.
