Ingredients:
4 whole eggs
500ml of milk
1.1 / 2 cup of sugar (270g)
120g of melted butter or margarine
1 pinch of salt
1 cup of cornstarch (110g)
300g of grated coconut used in moist flakes (3 cups)
1 tablespoon of baking powder
240ml cup measure
Baking pan dimensions: 24 x 6cm
Oven preheated to 180° C for approximately 50 to 55 minutes, do the toothpick test, if it comes out clean, you can turn it off and remove it.
