I know it's off topic but I just wanted to let you know how i appreciate your videos. My mother never wanted to teach me how to cook and at the age of 26 i found myself in my mother in law's kitchen terrified. In desparation i searched youtube for guidance and found your channel. 3 yrs later, I can cook better than most of my family members. Thank you sir. 😘🇹🇹❤

My 7 yr old liming on the couch watching her iPad yells out "caribbean pot. What's up Soldiers" without missing a beat. My wife cracked up, so did I when she gave me the story. Hey Chris..You know we trini great in the kitchen. From age 10 I helping mom in the kitchen. Your dishes are somewhat similar to hers. I so admire how you make it look simple and tasty. I followed this recipe two weeks ago because my husband subscribed to your channel and he saw this recipe so I cooked it with jasmine rice for my family as well. It was fantastic and my family loved it. In fact one of my sons asked today if I can cook it again. It’s a quick easy meal. Loving this in the Bahamas! I tried it and did a little twist to your recipe by grilling the shrimp to give the extra 'bbq" flavoring and it turned out AMAZING. Thank you so much for sharing your video.

I love listening to you and watching your show. I grew up using coconut fish stew, but never had shrimp with coconut. You made it look so beautiful and tasty. I thought however, that I would allow the coconut milk to cook longer than six minutes. Just saying....
