Actually its a display problem which causes some error in your DirextX software.Follow the steps 1) Right click on the .exe file(game). 2) go to properties 3) tap on compatability 4) tick mark the Disable the display scalling on high DPI setting 5) apply the setting 6) restart your system once 7) run the game and try to run it as an administrator. 8) Do the same thing for any other game if it faces such problem. Hope it works for you guys there.
For those of u whose problem is still not solved ,go to game icon properties ,change DPI setting ,change value to 100 in advanced setting , remember to sign out in Windows then log in and play
Hey guys, if above method didn't work then try switching Off specular map (something like that, don't know exact word😅) in in-game options. (I did that for my MW3 and it worked for me! give it a try😉)
If dxcpl.exe still does not appear in dir system32 than try installing again selecting all the boxes available in the installation kit and reboot the sistem

I did the exact same thing as you did, but when i downloaded the dxcpl.exe and searched on computer, it never showed up (even with all the boxes signed.) SOMEBODY HELP PLS!!!

Guys please make sure that before you install the Microsoft pack your videocard supports atleast directX 10 and have it installed on your pc.. A 9.0c direct x its just not enough for this game.
it's the same thing, works! just follow the on screen instruction, install the packages that are necessary for windows and modify the directx file in the right way.
For another video about how to use dxcpl, I will upload a week from now because I'm building a new computer, and the one I have now cannot run COD Advance warfare properly, it goes like @ 7 FPS because of my nvidia 9500 gt wich is extremely not enough for this game. I will post a video on my new built and oon how to run this game properly for those with the DirectX problem.

That is because you probably downloaded the wrong sdk, if you are a windows 8 or windows 8.1 user, you need head over to to Microsoft download center and search windows 8.1 development kit it includes a updated directx development kit for windows 8.1.
