well if you move into a community you should know there are rules to follow we just make sure everyone follows the rules like if you have a dirty yard and your neighbor wants to sell his house, well he will have go down on his price because people don't care to be clean . we raise the value of the community as a whole keeping the residents safe from having to deal with rat infested places that soon will spread to other yards its just unhealthy for the environment. in abandoned homes do you really want squatters living next to you stealing what they can. we make sure to secure these properties so there aren't any thefts or crimes done to you or neighbors

Sounds like a good scam come on private property and cut their grass without them asking then send them a bill . The property owner should be able to charge you with trespassing and have you arrested.
