The laziest work in this country is to become a a POLITICIAN. They should give us a break. We have seen how people suddenly rise to wealth and riches when they start affiliating themselves with Politics.

The British society is different from our society ok. If they consider it as gambling we consider any income as earnings. Ghana we even gift tax. UK has even inheritance tax. Inheriting your own parents property you pay tax on it in UK.

Betting (a.k.a gambling) is UNCHRISTIAN or not in accordance with the principles or ethics of Christianity. You're free to live your life anyhow you want, but stop deceiving yourself that betting is a moral Christian ethic. The fact that something is legal does not mean it is right. For example: The fact that a State legalizes ABORTION does not make abortion right. At best, you can only say, it's political correctness. Having sex with someone you're NOT legally married to (fornication) is NOT a criminal offense; but fornication is UNCHRISTIAN. It's the same with betting - it's Unchristian. Period!
