The reason they didnt say anything about Kurama is cus they didnt wanna make people panic that their Hokage lost so much power and isnt as strong anymore. This was referenced in the manga. Aslo the reason they said Boruto did a lot is to hide the fact that he is about to become an Otsutsuki so people wouldn't find out.

I wish they would of had a funeral/statue for Kurama to honor him as a member of the Leaf Village but at the same time I understand why they didnt over do it cuz hes basically a ghost to everyone but Naruto. RIP Kurama

The reason code doesn’t have a shut off voice command is because he’s a real human unlike Delta. Kashin Koji is a weird case tho since he’s basically just a Jiraiya clone

Announcing Kurama's death is a good way to push people to not believe in Naruto anymore. Naruto is not a normal shinobi, he's a Kage of the Hidden Leaf.

Boruto doesn't give to much flashbacks or stays in one character to long like naruto did, here they move forward (they barely even give backstorys to the villains) so don't expect a ceremony, for one side its good i'ts straight forward and life moves on, we wanna see the plot and not be stuck to every character death in the way. Besides the new kids probably don't even know kurama, but they didn't do nothing to not alarm other people the hokage is vulnerable.

You gotta remember the original naruto writer doesnt write Boruto so it lacks the usual FEELS for characters and highlight moments. Kishimotos specialty and whats him better than other manga writers is how he creates side characters that becomes so loved good or bad

Code is modified to reduce his power. Not was installed into him to make him stronger therefore there is no power to shut off. Code’s only shut off would shut off his limiters which is BAD because those Limiters keep his full power locked away.

They do, there's literally toys of tailed beasts in the village. The reason why Kurama's death wasn't announced is because he was the main power of the Kage of the Hidden Leaf. Announcing that your Kage is weak is opening the gates of war.

Spoiler. The 2nd chunnin exam arc and the Kawaki becoming a ninja arc is pretty important since it permanently changes the status of team 7. Sarada becoming a Chunnin and replacing Konohamaru as team captain and Kawaki learning about and becoming a ninja is pretty important.
