The rapid evolution of AI technology has brought about significant changes in business processes and applications. However, numerous AI projects fail due to inefficiencies in their design or inadequate integration with user needs. Additionally, there is a growing demand from governments and AI pioneers for increased transparency and regulation to ensure responsible deployment of AI and a better understanding of the societal, economic, and environmental impact it has.
In this talk, we will adopt a human-centered AI perspective, focusing on the interaction between users and AI. We will analyze real-world examples, discuss best practices in implementing human-centric AI solutions and explore how human-centered AI can contribute to sustainability.
