My daughter and friends are going to see him in KC tonight! She told me about him and I had never heard of him,but so many of these so called country singers now a days are country rappers! I was pleasantly surprised.I am from the old school where there was REAL country! LOL

“Country music does not need anything...” you want to restate that? Because country music needs a lot. It’s sucked for more than the past few years. If you’re listening to country right now you are listening to pop music. If you even consider putting COJO in a “Country Music” genre you’re completely wrong. Cody Johnson is “Texas Country.” Before you can go on commenting about “Country Music” get your facts straight. Go back to Easton & Main and cry your heart out

country music needs a lot of things. it flat out is trash now, especially what is on the radios. Cody Jinks, Tyler Childers, Sturgill Simpson, Matt Mason, Cody Johnson and others are some of the only good ones left. just because you listened to music before we were born, doesn't mean that we don't listen to that music as well now, just means you listened to it first. Texas Country is where you need to go to find great country music now. it's the only good 'country music' left.
