My brother, Logan Barrett, was the most amazing 23 year-old you'd ever meet. He was a Harley Riding, truck racing, boot scootin', fun-loving guy. He was a master welder who (in his own words) could weld a fart to a tornado in a hurricane. He was killed July 15th when he was struck by a driver under the influence of drugs. Logan and his friends used to drive for hours to see Cody Johnson in concert. We all loved his music. It was only fitting to play this song at his funeral. RIP my brother. I miss you in a Texas Kinda Way. #sendit

Haha I used to know this boy. :) he used to sing to me all the time, I loved listening to him. And lived right down the road.^.^ It's awesome to see how far he's come. He was just that goofy guy playing his guitar and singing on my trampoline and now he's all over Texas :)

When I left my ex in Vegas and had to drive through Texas to get back to the east coast I played this song a lot (tons of great country songs about driving through Texas and rt 40) and it really kept me moving forward.
Born & raided in New England. First heard him back in 2012 when I was in Corpus closing up my dad's apt after he died. Would love to have him come up to New England to shove REAL country into the faces of those up here who claim to 'know' country. BTW - Dad was a 6th gen Texan and I was raised on TRUE country music.
I'm from MA! Love the GOAT! Heard Cojo from a TX friend I met here in CO.. BUT, we don't want too many "country" people to change his name around. He's a true TX musical artist, I think he should stay south of NE haha. Even though he would tear up all shows and wouldn't change his country style to this new aged bullshit, he is the southern country musician that we need to stay down here. He's just too good.

Him and Lane Johnson (plays for the philidelphia eagles) are both from my home town of Groveton. Ive never met Cody but Lane is hilarious and a gell of a football player. This song here though is awesome. Keep it up Cody.
