This is truly the best way to have a coffee like cafe. For last so many years I have been preparing coffee like this way as my aunty told me this recipe and it is very much in practice among some parts of India and I am proud that my relatives and friends whenever give a call asks me to keep coffee ready. Do not criticize this video but I will request all to prepare coffee this way and see the magic. Yes, I do not whip it for 12 minutes but only till milk get boil.

Wow, this is exactly my Mom used to make coffee when I was kid. I never tasted better coffee than this. I don’t even like coffee, but would love the creamy frothy texture that comes out of this method.

I usually boil half a cup of milk in microwave, then add one tea spoon of instant coffee at the end fill the cup with boiling water . its quick and tastes good
a method i use, is easier haha, pour a teeny bit of water into ur milk pan, and add ur sugar and instant coffee to it and bring to the boil( i use 1/8th of a mug/cup,and u can use ground coffee for proper barista coffee too, just strain at the end) boil till sugar n coffee is dissolved,then top up with milk, bring to boil, pour into a mug/cup starting low, and raising it in height as u pour- creates a lovely froth-for indulgence add squirty cream ontop n dust with cocoa/coffee/grated choc-enjoy!

Why is this different tasting from letting the sugar dissolve in the hot coffee, and then adding cream instead of milk? As far as I can tell, all you're doing is beating the milk until it turns creamy, and dissolving the sugar.
As a diabetic I use is xylitol because it doesn’t Spike blood sugar or insulin. Has low glycemic index. I make my own ice cream and chocolate (I live for sweets) and so far I’ve been able to manage. Also, I’ve heard people use honey, agave, maple syrup but I’ve never tried it in coffee at least.
