"Welcome to 'Starting In Te Reo Māori' - Your Gateway to Language Revival and Cultural Reconnection! 🌱
I'm Grant Whitbourne, the founder of this empowering initiative. 'Starting In Te Reo Māori' is more than just a channel; it's a movement dedicated to preserving the enduring legacy of Te Reo Māori, the indigenous language of Aotearoa New Zealand.
My personal journey, originating from Australia but deeply connected to the Te Whānau-a-Apanui heritage, is at the heart of this channel. I intimately understand the challenges that new learners face when embracing a language pivotal to their culture but often shrouded in confusion
Through my transformative experience of reconnecting with Te Reo, I found a profound purpose. Now, as a loving parent, I'm on a mission to pass on this invaluable heritage to my children and create a bridge for others to embark on the same journey.📚

Everyone is different and at certain ages we metabolize coffee differently. My mother in law can’t drink coffee after like 10:00am or else she can’t sleep at night. I can drink a cup of coffee any time of day and still go to bed at night and fall asleep no problem. My husband gets antsy when he drinks a lot of coffee. I can literally drink an entire pot (8-10 cups) and be fine. I will say I also drink a lot of water which probably helps, and I have something like chronic fatigue where I can take a nap basically any time and in any place.

It's not overly severe, but everyone has their limits when it comes to tolerance. Your tolerance level seems exceptionally high compared to most people. The downside is that you've become dependent on coffee; without it, you might experience irritability due to withdrawal symptoms. Consuming 10 cups a day indicates a significant habit, suggesting you may struggle to function without coffee. That is what the problem is. * If you add Sugar (Tablespoon) that's Half a cup a sugar everyday. Healthy amount of Sugar a day is 3 teaspoons: 10 cups coffee= half a cup of sugar= 36 teaspoons. So yes, depends on how you live your life it can be unhealthy, or very unhealthy, The only healthy benefit is gone after the first cup

I love coffee. But more than 2 cups through out the day and I'm shaking, sweating, heart racing and super tired at the same time. The stuff just makes me crash and burn.

I think that it comes from the fact that some people drink one coffee at 8 am and can't sleep at night because of that :D I heard there are people who metabolise coffee very fast and some who don't, and for the ones who do it fast, the caffeine has basically no effect, negative or positive. Like you, I can also drink coffee and immediately go to sleep after.

Coffee takes water from your system which makes us dehydrated hence we drink more and may not even feel like a addiction
