Ingredients材料:
150g (9 pieces) Digestive biscuits, finely crushed (消化饼干碎)
2 tbsp desiccated coconut (干椰丝)
60g/ 1/4 cup butter (牛油)
450g/16 oz cream cheese (奶油芝士)
105g/1/2 cup caster sugar (细砂糖)
3 large eggs (鸡蛋)
1 1/2 tbsp instant coffee powder (即溶咖啡粉)
1 tbsp hot water (热水)
150ml dairy whipping cream (淡奶油)
1 tbsp corn flour (玉米粉)
2 tbsp coffee liqueur (咖啡酒)
Crumble (脆饼):
100g /3/4 cup plain flour (普通面粉)
45g /3 tbsp caster sugar (细砂糖)
60g /1/4 cup butter (牛油)
50g 1/2 cup pecan, toasted and chopped (烤香山核桃,切碎)
Bake in water bath at 160°C for 70minutes.
