Love Izitso, the Cat Stevens album you don't care for, Mazzy. You did the lovely Coffee Julie a disservice. There's a nice Fabs line about them meeting the Queen on To Be A Star, one of the many terrific tracks. Revisit, Mazzy.
That New Order record coffee Julie had in her hand is one of the best sounding records I have . Something went down with that reissue release , they were released and maybe withdrawn as they became impossible to get …but I tracked down a red and blue one . I heard rumours the black was the reason the initial run was withdrawn …anyway great album . Impossible for me to say which of the new order records is the better . Coffee Julie’s expression says it all
I need to get back to Seattle soon ....next time PJ plays there I am going!!! When I went to Easy Street in 2021, I found some great albums. I would of raided the PJ and LZ sections but I do have a few of those bootlegs Julie picked up. WOW I just featured a bootleg Pearl Jam album on my channel with a Lance Mercer photo and I bet he did not get paid for it. Enjoyed the walk through !!!!
Mazzy you are so right! It’s a pet peeve of mine that stores play the music way too loud. I’ll spend less time at a store (and that means less $$$) because of loud music. Even music I love can be too loud in a store. It’s not a f@cking concert hall folks, it’s a place to shop. 😂
I would not be able to stay in a store like that bc of the music. I find bringing earplugs in my wallet helps, but the music and acoustic treatment is awful. Otherwise, it looks like a great store. Expensive I bet.
Aw. She's my biggest fan, you know. Wait a minute - - strike that. Reverse it. 5:04 Never mind thefkgBooks, no one wants to see that - - Show more Coffee Julie.
@@mazzysmusicwell, Mazzy, that’s technically true. But his views on free speech are still pretty dodgy. Anyway, we can enjoy the music he made in his first incarnation. As usual, thanks for these tours of places a lot of us would love to hit up one day
