Oh, my God! This Cake is very nice! I want it. I'd be happy if I received a cake like this. Thank you for sharing. Looking forward to your other videos.
According to your recipe I can't make custard as thick as yours so I think 100g or even 50g milk is too much. My one is too think. Maybe you can tell me what I have done wrong.
Un envoutement, tout est beau à regarder, la qualité de la pratique ainsi que le gâteau qui à n'en pas douter doit être succulent, merci Kathrine de nous faire découvrir tes recettes Gratitude Passion Bonheur 💐Namasté🙏
I am your fan. I really like your videos and delicious recipes. Thank you for sharing them with us. Please tell me the number of your confectionery nozzle. Thank you in advance.
ols shannon I believe corn starch and corn flour are the same-just a translation mistake probably. And the instant custard powder is probably like those instant pudding powders
@@kymberrose1595 then maybe its a problem with my mixing? I tried 3 times & I still couldn't succeed. It always becomes 2 layers with the bottom becoming really dense & rubbery. I don't know how to describe it. Kinda like pig skin? I don't know but I'm just sad about it
@@agni760 hmmm, could it be maybe your oven? perhaps it runs too hot, or you've got it too close to the element since you said it gets really bad on the bottom. also the fresher the egg, the better it whips up! and youre beating the eggs to stiff peaks and being very careful when mixing it as to not deflate it, right? in the video she beats it in with a whisk but folding it in with a rubber spatula is a more standard practice
@@kymberrose1595 I did take care to fold it in carefully & I did whip them to stiff peaks so maybe it is my oven like you said😮 I was really disappointed because it didn't work out even after I followed all instructions because my normal cakes with baking powder come out beautifully.
@@agni760 i'm sorry :( i have another idea! are you making it with cake flour? if you usually use all purpose maybe try with cake flour. or maybe even the sort of pan youre using isnt good for this type of cake? if it's not these things either i'm sorry and hope you can figure it out with some more experimenting
