HOMEMADE WALNUT ICE CREAM
Ingredients:
500 ml of 36% cream
200 grams of powdered sugar (I used 100 g of powdered sugar and 100 g of erythritol, which looks and tastes like sugar but has zero calories)
2 dates
juice from 2 lemons
100 grams of walnuts
How to make it:
1. Whisked cold cream with sugar until fluffy.
2. Blend together chopped dates, chopped walnuts and lemon juice.
3. Mix together both mixtures.
4. Put the ice cream into a container and put it in the freezer.
5. After 15 minutes we mix the ice cream and put it back in the freezer. We should repeat the mixing 3-4 times.
Ice cream is ready after 2 hours in the freezer.
Serving suggestion: use waffles and redcurrants to decorate ice cream in cups.
