No he just hasn’t had all his meds n 3 litres of vodka n a bottle of jack d, n 30 diazepam n the rest it’s always the prescription drugs that get you on the end .. especially in USA
That´s why the presenter decided to do the interview there. He could be certain the owner wouldn´t freak out by meeting a celebrity. He was probably offered a photo to put on his café wall afterwards.
@@Goddessluv6 really? I guess I never thought about it or even heard anyone say he was good looking. I guess it must be part of his appeal without realizing ✌🏼
Poor Ozzy is as for arrogant as you could ever get. I think this is why he struggled so hard. If you've ever read his book he talks about being severely abused and bullied by other kids and I think he fought those demons his whole life. He came from a place of poverty and I don't think he ever believed that he deserved all of the amazing things that he worked so hard for. The true Ozzy fans can see the humility and genuineness in him and that's why we've remained so loyal through the good times and the bad. Most of us have similar stories as he has and it's that ability to relate that causes us to love him so much even though we've never met him. Everything he puts out there is the real meal deal. There's not a phoney bone in his body. I hope he has found a place where he is able to live at peace and see what we see when he looks in the mirror. Love you Ozzy.
Ozzy really is a charming guy. I've been a fan of Black Sabbath and his for many years and I've recently been watching many interviews of him from various years and I find it fascinating just how much of a humble, fun loving guy that he is.
@@rainman11985 that's a really dumb thing to say. There is no correlation with them being extroverts or introverts and they often are the driving creative force, even if that's Tony Iommi for Black Sabbath. System of a Down - Serj Tankian, introvert, part of the creative process. Went to create his own solo career and is a genius, his own producer, records every instrument on Harakiri. Gojira, not sure whether introverted or extroverted but Joe Duplantier is the main creative one in the band along with his brother on drums. I could go on. And Ozzy is very good at creating music. That's why he got Tony Iommi and Randy Rhoads in the first place.
Ozzy has such a child like innocent demeanor. Underneath the costumes, his stage presence, and fearless attitude is a pure and innocent being who yearns to connect and get along with the people he is around. And the way he acknowledges his wife is so endearing 💜
One reason I love Sharron so much is because she did so much for him behind the scenes. I truly believe we wouldn't have been blessed with years more of his music without her! She's so deserving of the fame and glory she finally achieved!!
@@m42037 I think what they were trying to say is Ozzy looks healthier here compared to the early-2000’s where he was completely out of it mentally damn near
Ozzy is always happy and gracious to coment on his most notorious antics and exploits asked about over and over from tons of interviewers. Everyone always wants to ask about Randy and he gladly talks about him with great affection. That's the sign of true class and humility. The best!
I am the same as Ozzy , but don't sing. Most people do not like me. I do know from being born cleft lip and palate with speech problems from it. Shame on my parents for not getting it all finished. My surgeries. It is what it is. Peace.
@@kirarasmom4274 I like you for being honest. I'm not the most handsome man, not earning as much as the most successful people around me, which is why I get ignored. But the friends I have are true friends. Cheers!
Ozzy has it all. Great style, good looks, charming personality, amazing musician and he’s humble. Plus he’s got Sharon. His autobiography is one of my all time fave books.
Yeah when he sets fire to chickens and kills doves. Or trying to kill his wife (he was too drunk to succeed, therefore his big heart remains intact). He would be looked at the same way if he managed to do that, that's for sure. I love his music but the more I learn about him, etc.
There's something about Ozzy that's very pure. It's "this is me, take it or leave it"... he doesn't put on for anyone. Love how he tells the truth about himself. No wonder Sharon saw his goodness and saved him. Their relationship is true love 💖 I think he was very protective of Randy and knew he was in the presence of greatness, and it would be for just a short time. Love Ozzy and wish him serenity and health for many more years 😎💖🌹🤘
@@deannawiggins9992 Portugal til January 2021, Japan, some states of Germany and Switzerland and of course in the majority of places like that of the Third World.
@@deannawiggins9992 anyway I know some bars, disco pubs and cafes in my city that you can smoke inside calmly with ashtrays (something that is illegal in Spain since 2nd January 2011) Not in the centrical place of the city, of course.
Oh if this is in the 90's its about 10 yrs., or less, before the Lost period they are referring to. The incoherence was actually really extreme during a good part of the earlier episodes of "The Osbornes" TV show!! When he was always drunk(again) or abusing something else. He talks about it sometimes in interviews... But if ALL definitely began clearing up after he and Jack started doing the TV travel show. By the later episodes, I've seen recently, he seems to be back to almost this clear, aware and focused. He likes to draw a lot, he must have dabbled before because his stuff is interesting, but he's aged slightly/harshly, but still going. And he always sang better than he sang and I started listening to that voice in 1969. :D
ozzy . such a really amazing and sweet guy . i met him a few years ago. i use to work at an outdoor arena and it was ozzfest and got to met him backstage and got to talk to him for like 10 mins it was amazing a moment i will never forget . and i have 3 pictures of him with all of us signed .
I'm also from Birmingham United Kingdom, really inspiring to see some one do so well, who came from nothing, I don't care what people say about ozzy and black Sabbath one of the most interesting and amazing bands out there respect mate!👊
Never been there, I'm from the US, Michigan. I'm surrounded by water but that's awesome because I'm a fisherwoman. But I'm so interested in the "UNITED KINGDOM" is my imagination just going crazy from envy or is it really a cool place?
@@hellosweetheart3350 I'm from the UK (Newcastle). Like anywhere, it has it's cool stuff, but don't be fooled into thinking it's some kind of wonderland. Cities like Birmingham (2nd biggest city), Newcastle, Manchester, Sheffield etc. were basically until fairly recently, industrial hell holes but have since been cleaned up......industry mostly gone. Despite gentrification though there are still large pockets of desperate poverty in the UK. I don't want to sound gloomy, but it's the truth. A lot of these cool bands were started.......and still are........by mainly working class lads with no prospects. Sabbath, The Smiths, Oasis, Kinks, Small Faces, Who etc. The list goes on. And still goes on. So, is the UK cool? Kinda.
@Steve Bradley..... no matter what you still have the best accent. psychology study for americans.... listening to poor brits or rich americans (nyc accent)...... americans thought the poor brits sounded upper class. we also thought our own upper class sounded average. have a good day, sir!
I live in Birmingham, Alabama. Our city was of course named after your city because early on the iron industry here ruled. Of course our city has its only ugly past, but today has become a quite a beautiful city. Proud to have the connection with our sister city in England!
My friends and I went to see Ozzy"diary of a mad man"in Kansas City early 80's, we snuck beer, whiskey and cigs and few joints. First concert I been to and it was the best time.Ozzy your the best. We all love you!
Anyone else here on an ozzy binge, march 15 2023,I’ve seen countless videos of him and it’s just dawned on me he never slates anyone ever, only himself, what a gentleman
Hhahaha.... Yeaaah... I always laugh when I see how kinda amused he always is with his own jokes.... heheh.... NEVER had any interest in Ozzy before but have for some kind of reason became so addicted to this person...So amazed by this dude...100%'
Oz is more lucid here, on an Osbourne scale of lucidity, and he's obviously 30 years younger. I could listen to him all day. Great guy to drink with, I'm sure.
This has to be one of the BEST interviews, ( besides the one he did with his son Jack) i have ever seen. The way he talks and his his face and eyes light up when talking about Sharon back then, ( 1991) is STILL THERE IN 2024. Ozzy found his LOVE OF A LIFETIME. ❤️.
Nope, no need for such pretentious words. He's just a henpecked. Оne of the signs is that his wife interferes with all his shows, and he is forced to allow it. It's strange that she wasn't here.
Funny to hear Oz so like.. bubbly? Surely it's because he was quite a bit younger here but yea, he's really animated, and there's this brightness to his laugh.. it's delightful! I wasn't born for another 8 years or so after this lol, so I'm in my early 20's... I just wish I could go back in time and be my age now around the late 80's, early 90's. Great time for metal, when all these legacy bands were in still their prime of youth, would have been like *the* time to be there you know? I feel like my soul is mostly back there. Maybe in another life I was there. But seeing Ozzy better now is great after the last couple years when he wasn't doin too hot, and I was really worried he was gonna die. I hope I get to see him go back on the road, and get back to doing what he loves so much
I saw him in 2001 at the ozzfest and was pretty sure that was the last time I'd ever see him. I thought he was old back then. Then I saw him in 2012. And have a feeling ill see him again.
This era of Ozzy is the Ozzy I always think of first when someone brings him up or he pops into my head. I can't say why the "No More Tears" era is the visual I get but I do.
He sounds so articulate and lucid. I can only imagine what his family has gone through. It's like all or nothing and I put my family through so much.... getting better and relapsing.i pray God 🙏 can give him the faith of a mustard seed ❣️
This is a great find :-) I met Ozzy ( and Sharon ) a few years ago when he came to visit the military hospital I was working at at the time. He was there most of the day and took his time to chat to everyone there. Later, they went for refreshments to the officers mess where I met and chatted with them, he even signed my guitar id taken in especially ! It was a great experience and he's such a character. I love Ozzy, hes a national treasure.
It's really strange how both Sharon and Ozzy kinda "knew" right from the start that Randy wouldn't be there for long....I always thought that Randy was sent on this earth to meet Ozzy and kickstart his solo career and once it was done, bang he was dead. He also left a tremendous musical legacy for a 20 something kid
I was just going to watch a few minutes of this but watched the whole thing. I loved hearing ozzy talk about Randy, he talked about him like he was a saint. You can tell ozzy loves Randy. When the interviewer asked oz if zakk was like Randy oz said "zakk is nothing like Randy." I loved that.
Goes to show you how much ozzy osbourne loved his band mate Randy, most of his interviews he always talks about him even 30 years on. It's so nice to hear he did a consert in his honour and sorted his grave stone out and still visited Randy,s mum. Yes ozzy osbourne has his problems and he's a complicated man but when he loves someone he never forgets them. Sharon Osbourne saved him and ozzy admits that himself, she's a remarkable woman cos no other woman on this planet would of put up with the drugs, drink and girl's! He's a very humble loving honest man all thanks to his family!
