It was the movie !!!!!! Black Sabbath by Boris Karloff that geezer and tony saw and that it was a great name. Geezer mostly. Ozzy remembers it as tony telling him probably . Just goes to show that ozzy doesn't even know his own band history lol
They were very young Tony Iommi said let's name our band Black Sabbath .Ozzy and the other members said okay that's cool so where did they get the name from.. Tony Iommi!! Boris didn't name the band they didn't write the movie... Tony suggested it they agreed
Ozzy is the worst/best person to ever live. He’s done some wicked stuff but his sense of humor, his music, and the pity we take on him makes him one of the greatest people to ever live. He is a legend. Gotta love him!
