Nice , I have a 2022 at4 HD with the snowplow package and my truck rides stiff. After I did the Cognito leveling kit my truck rode rougher than before lol. I think I need to get some standard bars or those bars
I am curious what your perception of ride quality difference is with these two scenarios, 1. the stock bars with factory key setting ( factory ride height ) vs 2. the installed cognito bars with the increased levelling height "levelling kit/theme". I am only assuming your factory torsion bars were the standard capacity ones, not the snow plow prep stiff units ?. I had read lately on a forum of a GM truck owner who had bought a truck off the lot that happened to have the snow plow/camper prep package which includes the higher capacity/stiff factory torsion bar option and he was not thrilled with the rough ride since he was not making use of that extra front axle spring capacity. So rather than fork out for factory standard torsion bars he opted to purchase the cognito torsion bars instead and kept everything at factory ride height with both bar sizes and needless to say he was far happier with his ride quality after the bar swap.
My truck had the standard bars. These bars will sit about 1/4-3/8” lower with stock keys exact same setting. You will need to run them up about one turn from stock to obtain same height.
