Also Always cognizant portal for the first term , was it disabled when you joined again ? Also if you can tell were details like project assignment, cognizant 360 profile was populated with latest details ? Mine all details are previos term only.. i could not find any latest exp or project details only old data..

@saran yoga got ur situation. Actually when we are absconded or terminated and after that if we want rejoin the same company we need to check few things 1. Need to check that in cognizant employee portal is there any remarks. If there are any remarks thats it we are done we cant go back to Cognizant (not only CTS this follows for all top mnc’s) 2. Is your previous project or process client is still with cognizant because if your project is done then why they need to rehire you even if your profile is clean. 3. Colleagues and supervisor. If they are good enough to welcome you to their team then it will be a good chocopie fo you (only if your project is still in your team hands) ! Sorry i got to go i will edit this later. Excuse me

Cqn u explian ? Is it they are trying to modification on wjich already sent or recall mens immediately joining date we should mention?pls explain
