The best part of December in Mexico is that the Sunday street markets are open every day instead of just Sunday. And in some of those markets where the police look the other way, you can buy so many cheap, bad ass fireworks.
dopihead m80s are good shit and I'm pretty sure they have those over the counter in Mexicali. All Mexicans fireworks are good shit, but my stepmom brought one that shot like 5 up in the the air and the last shot was so loud it set off a car alarm that was on the other side of the block. Even felt the ground shake....
tienes razón mira te cuanto porque mi cuñado bien creido fue a comprar y dijo que le dieran doscientos pesos de cohetes y sólo le dieron cuatro buscapies
The colored balls in a bowl at the bottom of the display are smoke bombs and stink bombs, they are so fun. They release colored smoke and some a horrible stench that make people run away hahah.
You spend 10 dollars here for the same type of fireworks in the states you would of spend around $70 just for that and no free fireworks lol they always give you free fireworks and always give you discounts in Mexico
I remeber back when i use to live in Mexico all of the fireworks in this video. Such great memories and 15 pesos is $1 here lol waaaaay cheaper and way better
I was in Mexico in 1992 with some Mexican friends. We went to a store and he had to ask for them. They were bottle rockets with salutes. They had natural sticks like tree branches the rocket motor looked factory made, and the head was wrapped with what looked like butchers paper. Nice and loud. They were lighting them by the dozen at the festival de Virgen de Guadalupe. Had other fireworks for sale at festival triangle crackers and salutes. I was able to bring back a dozen rockets in my bag. Almost got caught during customs check. I was flying jump seat on a cargo airliner. As customs was digging through my bag he found a magazine like their National Inquirer full of gory photos and unbelievable stories. This distracted him and the others were waiting for me the other officer said "hey hurry up" and he put the magazine back and said go ahead. If he would have looked any deeper I would have been busted. Those were the days!
hey hey friend I recommend (for I see that you're not the country) I recommend you to go to Tultepec in the State of Mexico market san pablito there rods you bought are $ 60 a dozen for other researches and therefore spend less. Well I hope you have served greetings :)
