Gensler is not being honest about our digital environment. Wire transfers, if they were truly digital, would be instantaneous. Banks can’t even help customers with basic external transfers to other bank accounts. It’s really just lying to the public about the current state of affairs. Just because someone buys a security doesn’t mean there’s not some piece of paper with a broker, somewhere. Shame on SEC

I'm having a bad year; SBUX is down by $40k, ALLP is down by $35k, Draft Kings is down by $6k, NIO is down by $15K, ABML is down by $8K, and my husband is unaware. I'm only clinging to the maverick of wall steet's advice regarding opportunities during erratic market conditions in the hopes that I can either wait for a recovery or choose profitable investments to make up for my loss.

It's called choice. It's my choice, not the SEC to decide what digital assets I choose to own. This very principle is the essence of having individual control.

Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.

Gensler basically said there that the reason is that "we don't need any more digital currencies, we already have the USD...". So then he sues unfairly not based on the law, but rather because he, and others, do not want cryptocurrencies to succeed. I don't see how this can stand up in court.

The timing of this is intresting considering the CBDC will launch in july as a way for banks to have direct access to the fed for a life line. Its clear that crypto is a threat to this additional layer of the economic ponzie scheem. Im not in crypto at all and i think it serves as a good case study if anything, thst people should be able to invest in it at their own risk if they choose to.

The lady is not the sharpest pencil..... the regulator can change its mind and require adicional fillings, but they didn't do that. They decided not to provide any concept or create any law and all of the sudden decided to put everyone in court to decide on the laws they were supposed to be making.

Hongkong has clear registration rules for crypto exchanges but US does not have. Coinbase and Binance US have been running for years in US. They must have registered somewhere somehow to run business in US. Now SEC suddenly woke up and said they did not registered or did not registered right. The grounds of the lawsuit contradict the initial position of the SEC. The world cannot clasify crypto as free market. And 1 chair from 1 country clasify some tokens he dont like as securities because yes. Also when CFTC also is trying to clasify them as comodities. Before throwing lawsuits. Very disappointed with Gary Gensler's actions. Considering his background of teaching a class on blockchain at MIT, it's clear he has a strong understanding of the technology. But they did change their mind. That is the whole point of due diligence when applying to become a publicly traded company. You submit everything about your company to be looked over and then the SEC decides if you can be or should be traded as a public company. The SEC absolutely gave their consent to this process and then almost 3 years later decided they changed their mind. This looks like sour grapes to me. The SEC has lost their battle against XRP and the ultimate point is that you can't control crypto. Not only that you can't control crypto but no one person should control it. The SEC is looking to redeem themselves from their failures with XRP and they set their sights on Binance and Coinbase. Gary Gensler is the kind of corrupt bureaucrat that we don't need as we move forward with the block chain technology. We need someone who is going to embrace it but put in regulatory measures that ensures people don't get scammed by places like FTX.

Bitcoin price has not been doing really well lately infant the whole stock market, buying the dip isn't a tough call and it's a very tough call to figure out what to do aside holding. The good thing about the space is that you can buy the dips and put them into active trades, while confidently waiting for a pump in price because it is inevitable. Most people do not understand how the space works. Charts won't guarantee what an asset is going to do. Prices are go up and down and despite the that, the market has been profitable to me. I've always played safe implementing trades with insights and signals from a pro trader Rebecca Catherine. I made 2.5 BTC from the recent crash in the market within a period of two weeks.

It's a two way street. Wearing a tie shows you respect the position, that this event is important enough to take a shower and put on a tie and they are the boss not you.
