First you need to buy a home in Sun City Anthem at Merrill Ranch in Florence. Our club is not allowed to take non-residence on our rides for insurance purposes. Sorry.

@@melissakim438 We live in a 55+ community that is governed by federal law. Any club that is formed in this community, by federal law, cannot include people that don't live here. The insurance issue is a Pulte issue. It protect them from suits brought by the members who may get hurt while participating in a club event. Hope that explains it for you.
