It means now i have to change my plan to visit germany and instead plan for swistzerland to meet you....ok no problem ...where ever you r ....i will try to meet you once in my life.... the video is very fantastic..beautiful...music is very good
Wow! Beautifully made video. Stunning video with stunning still pictures. I see how much effort you have put into making this awesome video. Thank you for that.
Sounds very familiar to me. I’ve been there many years ago in summer. I recognize a lot. It snowed when we arrived at the top. I had a hotel in or near Tignes. The Alps are very green there; it rains quite a lot. Very beautiful there. I don’t like French breakfast. Wrong bread and wrong things to put on the bread. Dinners are lovely though. Thank you for this beautiful series. I enjoyed it a lot. Can’t wait to see the next one.
French breakfast ist basically croissant mostly 😂 It was an absolutely stunning ride - and funnily I have been always lucky when visiting col de l’Iseran. To me it’s a good weather pass because I always had sunshine when being there 😅 Thanks for joining the ride!
Ah Lea,thank you for lovely video and a great way to end this series. It brought back fine memories of the Grand Alpes trip my wife and I did a few years ago. Of all of the journeys we and I have made I think it is my favourite for the roads and truly stunning views. After 3 days in Menton we did it in reverse. A fantastic road trip. I need to visit Switzerland again for a Rosti mmmm 👍
Thank you for sharing another great trip! Really beautiful nature that i hope i can visit in the near future. Videos is calming and shortens the winter waiting for a new season. Nice drone footage too! My new bike (F850GS Rally) is waiting for me at the dealer when i am ready, spring is coming soon - can´t wait.. Again a big thanks!
In the bedroom. A turntable is on... the platter rotates at 33 rpm, on the vinyl record it says: "Hauser plays Morricone"... slowly the needle follows the grooves... Sound envelops the mind, an explosion of emotions, the journey begins... the days pass, wind, rain, fog and sun... The sea of imagination, the celestial vault appears, full of dreams, joys and desires. Sometimes shooting stars leave a trail of sadness, let there be hope! We hear the tears of the fountains, mountains, plains. Greenery and trails, and I won't say more. Kilometers and kilometers, covered, of imponderables and some breakdowns... Sometimes the engines complain of the cold, the heat, the rain, the tires don't like to much the snow, sand and gravel... By the way, the brakes without shims ... From the escapes, it comes out in clouds of colors, people and cultures, desires and dreams and feelings. Kilometers and kilometers, it's time to be at the table. The table! Everything is a pretext for a good conversation, a good wine or a good beer, a divine delicacy... The future is planned, tomorrow's route, the journey... The return, the destination, the departure...happiness to be back at home. Home is always inside in your heart...

Thank you so much, great that you are always a part of our virtual travel group! And looking super forward to have you around for the next adventure too! ☺️
Thank you for another beautiful journey. When we toured Switzerland and Austria I loved the architecture and flower boxes in the windows. So different from the USA. I can't wait until the next one.
Thank you Lea once again for these beautiful images. The landscapes are magnificent and make you want to leave. In my case to go back (the Pyrenees and the Alps). I'm looking forward to your next trip on your RU-vid channel. But since your trip to the far north of Europe, I have this idea of a road trip. Continue to make us dream. Good trips and be safe on the road
Thank you for destination home and congratulation to your decision, of living in switzerland now - a little paradise. A several weeks ago, I finished reading your book. It`s indescribable, fantastic. Not just a travel-book, you take us with on a journey around the world, a journey to yourself - and very deep in your mind, your soul, your feelings and so much more. A journey to wonderful people, small people (little girl who saved you), different and strange - also some terrible kind of men. I will not list every single one, but I fell in love with all the good. And I thank you, for giving the Uber-Driver his swimming-"lesson"😇😃. If I would tell more about, what this book made with me, it will take nearly an own story-book. Thanks so much for this emotional experience ❤
Awwww thank you so much for that comment! That means a lot to me! I am very happy you liked it as much as you did and that you as well fell as much in love with the people I met like I did!
Thank you for your great adventures! And before all, the beautiful way you make the comments. Even if I close my eyes, your words make the journey visible, by the tone of your voice and the words you choose.
I waited until Sunday to watch this video because I didn't want the journey to end. Someday I hope to ride in these areas but until then we all will continue to enjoy the adventure through your eyes. My adventures are still on hold for a while because more snow coming this week. Greetings from the shores of Lake Superior, Canada. And thank you again for sharing your adventures with us.
You and all the other motorists who live around Alps are very lucky because you have the best roads in Europe close to you. I`ve been riding around the Alps six times and every journey has been something witch I never forget. From Finland It`s quite a long way to drive to Alps. I`m waiting for the next episodes. I think I see other familiar places. I`ve rode Col De IÌseran Petit and Grand Saint Bernard passes several years ago.
Wooow 👀 this was wonderful again to see 👀🙏👍 how amazing these magical alpine roads are 👌👌. The most important thing is to return home healthy again. Thank you for the video and I hope to be able to drive through those places😉😃. Big Biker greetings to all 👍 🏍 Ljubo!
Love it Lea..."Home is where the next your next adventure begins." I need to start planning mine as I'll be on my 8wk Sabbatical this summer:) The Pacific Northwest is calling me and maybe into NorCal/Nevada. Looking forward to seeing what your next adventure brings us. Thanks for taking us along!
A fabulous well filmed trip Lea; my wife and I rode Col De L’Iseran in June 2014, but it was closed by snow lingering . Must have another try . Really enjoyed this series and a big 👍
A brilliant series of video reports. Thank you so much for sharing these great impressions. I am already looking forward to the next adventure. The "Grand Tour de Suisse" is still on my to do list, by the way ;-) Keep on going!
Super video's Lea, ich habe genossen von jeder video. Danke fur's mitnehmen und schau jetzt aus nach dein nachtes adventure. lg aus Den Niederlanden😎🏍🏍❤💯
Wow! Just amazing and beautiful! I'm so glad that you guys left early also. OMG, was that cheesecake or pie and was that blue berries? (hehe yum!) I really enjoyed the adventure with you. See you next time. Ride Safe!
Fantastic, what a brilliant finale. I took a similar route a few years ago but at that time I was driving a campervan. There was also fresh snow on the road and so as you can imagine, it made the trip very exciting. Thanks for sharing your trip with us. I look forward to following you on your trip around your new back yard. Switzerland has to be one of the most scenic countries in the world. Austria has has some amazing scenery also, might we see you do a trip there at some stage?
Love Austria as well and over into Slovenia (skiing in Krajska Gora) although I actually learned to ski in Mayrhofen in the Tyrol. As your ski season ends in Europe, we have ours to look forward to in Australia and NZ. I waxed my skis yesterday for the new season! Thanks again.
Another amazing video! Thanks. Today's ride was brilliant. Hailing FROM Central Canada, I am always amazed by mountains. I can't wait to see your new adventure!
Great to see this route you have travelled.I rode this route from UK in 1988 on a Yamaha XT350 and my friend on an XT550. An excellent video. Thanks for posting.
Love your perspective on your adventure at home. I call it back yard adventures. My plans is to ride all the mountain passes in my home country South Africa, 989 in total. Small ones big ones. One thing is for sure when I do. I would have rediscovered a lot of old places and a whole lot of new ones. Keep discovering. 👍🇿🇦👍
Lea Sorry I am late for this one. Another breathtaking video!! No one captures the scenery Like you Lady! It's just like being there in person. That is some unbelievable views!!! Thank you or this!!! I almost can't afford it this week but, Here are 20 Roses for you Lady. 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 Now I'm broke until your next video but YOU are worth it Lady!!!! 🙌👏👏👏👏👏🤙👌✌🖖👍👋🙂
Yes, now that the petrol prices here in Europe got so crazy, maybe you have to give me less roses next week so you can still fill up your bike! 😂😍 Thank you for watching as always!
More amazing scenery on your final part of your journey as you head for home in Switzerland. The Yamaha Tenere has run well on this trip and looked to be a good choice once again. Looking forward to your final episode next Thursday.
Wawoo outstanding amazing commentary and most informative channel love the way u speak ... Most pretty rider ever I have seen .. Great cameras well Set up... beautiful tour....keep up ...
As always , great video! Been there and also at Cime de La Bonette witch I think is the highest paved mountain road in the Alps (altitude 2802 m). Keep running!
Excellent video! My wife and I, with another couple, rode these same routes September 2022. We rented bikes in Geneva and rode to Nice essentially making a figure 8 back to Geneva. My wife loved the scenery though some of it she missed because her eyes were closed for fear of the heights. She says she will never ride with me again. Though I have been riding since 1972 to include riding in the Alps, when living in Germany, these passes were quite intense, especially two up on a BMW R1250RT. The scenery was awesome, particularly the color of the lakes-a vivid blue. We stayed in medieval towns, one ‘B&B’ dated to the 1,400s.
