Me at start: what an uninspired name Me halfway through your review. Wait.. Frankenstein...coLAB ahahaha ohhhhhh. Clever 😏 Thanks for reviewing a worker placement!
This is my one back for January. The artwork is beautiful, the theme is fun and not very common, and mechanically it just seems interesting, the combination of the lab and the cards you are building. Haven’t had a chance to go through a game in TTS yet though, that’s something I really want to start doing when I can.
I have backed it for the cat! But I may also back it for the game. My wife and I have two dice-worker-placement games, but this game is something different. Yes, my wife is my gaming partner. I know I'm lucky. 😁
This is now the second game I saw first on your channel that I'm 100% going to get based on your view (the first was Eleven: Football Manager). Thank you for the great info, Chris!
I'm in! If you're considering, you need to back NOW, the clock is ticking! Take a look at the awesome stretch goals unlocked and even more with your help! Add Palm Lab with plastic cards for only $6 and the evil kitty plush add-on, it's adorable.
Liked the Intro so much I had to listen again. I *like* the look of the game. But with Skytear Horde this month and Astro Knights next month I think this one gets pushed out. Do you think CoLab is a stronger solo play than either of those?

Colab is probably a better puzzle with more control of your strategy. I don’t know enough about AK yet to say, but if it plays like AE then it’s probably better multi handed solo
What I retained from this video is "I want my son going around with a Cthulhu cat " 😄 Jokes aside, this is one of the games that seems different from the other mechanics wise and it's visually very good.
