"Cold Call" - a phone call placed to emergency services in which nothing is said, the only details being gleaned from the noises heard on the line. Often associated with "foul play" crimes.

Possible lore to this game? So this guy, Adrian, killed his wife Sarah so he could be with Charlotte even though Adrian told Sarah that Charlotte was just a friend. Adrian killed Sarah in a way that involved the cold which is why the house is always cold and there's a snowman terrorizing everyone. Sarah says that she took the children back, she might have sent them to the snow realm we see the police officer go to. I'm not sure what happened to Adrian, but I'm assuming he's dead. The police were most likely called about a domestic issue when they heard Adrian being scared of Sarah?

For people confused on the lore, it's suggested throughout the voice calls and recent searches - "lake hettie" at 12:40 - that the husband had feelings for Charlotte whilst he already had a family with Sarah, so he buried her alive or threw her in a cold lake and killed her so that he could be with Charlotte. Sarah was marked as missing, however she returned as the snowman and kidnapped the kids - possibly the husband too, or just killed him so she could be reunited with them.

This seems just like a perfect horror game. This game shows that you don’t need blood to be scary.

If you look carefully, this house is similar to the Mr. Hopps house, each room looks the same. So my logic says “This is the Mr. Hopps house, but Mr. Hopps has changed.”

I love how Mark always reviews games at the end of playing them. I think it's a great way for Indie developers to get some really good feedback. I'm sure they are very grateful.

Considering Mark has told us so many times how much he loves Flash games, I think it would be really cool if he dedicated some videos before the end of the year to playing some of his favorites as kind of a tribute to the end of such a creative generation of video games. I know Flash in comparison to what we have now is really... well just bad, but the simple user interface allowed so many people who didn't know how to program the ability to create games. That allowed us to experience so many different types of games from so many different types of people. It's the end of such an amazing era of games and animations.

Pretty sure that ghost is Sarah Evans, and Adrian Evans, the husband, was cheating on her with charlotte.

Someone might have already explained this, but these are my thoughts. I think Adrian, the dad, was cheating on his wife, Sarah Evans, with a woman named Charlotte. Sarah found out, and Adrian killed Sarah. Typically around the anniversary of a death, spirits become more active, so I assume that Sarah came back as the "snowman". She probably took her kids back and killed her husband like he did to her. I actually really liked this short little Christmas Horror game, even though it's not typically surrounded by Christmas. It was very neat and there was an underlying story to it
