I know! 😭 that poor boy rotted in jail for 4 years because of a corrupt detective. And it really hurts to know that what broke the boy after that jerk beat him up was that he threatened the kid he would give his mom the same treatment if he didn't make a false confession to the murder of that girl.
@@jacindaellison3363 Don’t worry after the truth came out he is going to be getting out of here as for the murderers I hope the prison in the world treat them well because let’s just say some of them will not be as forgiving as I am.
Other than maybe four or five episodes, Cold Case was probably the best written and best possible cast ever to do this show. Near perfection. I still watch the re-runs.
This show was released when I was a child now watching it as a grown person who’s catching on the old shows because of COVID-19 glad I chose cold case because this episode broke my heart
I still try to catch this awesome show every day. Where I live it's on daily at 3pm analog TV 13-2 MeTv. I've watched every episode numerous times & wish they had more. They had the best cast!
I love this show. And this still makes me cry. Poor kid in prison for something he didn't do but they got him out. I loved that. This show also spent much time in appreciating the victim and being kind to their friends and family.
Fun fact- Phil Lamarr the voice of Samurai Jack and so many other great characters appeared in this episode and help the main characters nab the culprit
@desdar100 Bruh I kept wondering where I knew his face from but the locs kept throwing me off. You're absolutely right that is Phil, man that even makes this episode way more better LMFAO
True. Jonathan was a friend of mine my first couple of years at Fordham University. A good, upbeat dude who really made something of his life coming from the South Bronx. Obviously his death was and is full of unanswered questions and a lot of gossip but I appreciated knowing him and was very sad to hear of his terrible death. Hope one day his family does get answers no matter what may have occurred and caused his way too early passing. I know the various investigative shows have featured his story in the past. Not enjoyable to sit through watching for sure.
This is one of my favorite episodes ever. I cry every single time i watch this video/listen to the ending song I Love Cold Case so so much, i'll always watch it
thanks for posting...lived in UK, in south wales for a year, reminds me the greenfields, with rain, and the funny/sad moments that I thought would only happen to me, feeling unlucky all the time...those are just twists, turns in life which happens to everyone not jut YOU...may all you see the sunshine at the end of the rain...just hope...cheers.
This is great! Are you gonna come out with more Cold case endings? By the way, thanks for uploading this. I've wanted to see this ending in particular.
I'm confused, the guy with the dreadlocks who looks like Phil LaMarr at 1:13, is he a victim? because he's seen fading away at 1:23. Or is that a scene change? And why did the cops arrive?
leosnake100 he had proof the guy in prison was innocent. So he made a deal with the prosecutor that he wouldn't sell drugs to the prosecutor's wife if he arrested the real killers but he died in the process and this guy told the directives what the prosecutor was trying to do(free the innocent guy in prison) when he was found murdered.
@@cjg3496 funny thing is that song by Travis(band) showed up in my feed last night. Yep RU-vid Gods blessed me, made me wonder why I never searched the song out myself
He saw the check. If you rewatch the series... you get the impression that Vera is a personal & financial mess... even before his divorce. Much to Jeffries frustration... as seen when Vera's taking over the Triple Homicide from the pilot episode turns out to have faceplanted a year later when Lily & the team have to dive back into the Badlands case. I see the Lieutenant take the bill from Vera as an unspoken "I've got this..."
He had it coming to him, too. I hate those who abuse the authority as much as I hate seeing innocent people go down almost as much as I hate cowardly murdering POS like this doer. Hope they pass him around for a pack of smokes and jack books up in there in Prisneyland. T'ell with protective custody. Put a dirty cop in gen-pop and he'll last as long as the last rib at a Levert Family Reunion!
