Great scene. I love how it wasn’t a typical a sad song, it was upbeat and just what Benny would have wanted. I also love the detail that we don’t see him disappear like other victims, his spirit dancing in the disco doing what he loves (possibly waiting for his love). Beautiful ending.
I swear this is the funniest bit of the entire show. No one but Kelsey Grammar could ever have been Frasier Crane. He got so lucky with this role. It is tailor made for him
I remember watching this episode, it did remind me of Saturday night fever, I never saw the movie, but the disco dancing the songs. They were really good. And the story was good. I just have to say when the ghost make their appearance it’s incredible.
I remember this episode in that the guilty party gives himself away while being interviewed. He mentions to Lily and Scotty that there were 23 deaths. However the papers mentioned only 22 victims, not counting Benny. How did he know there were 23, and not 22, deaths?
Hello from leap day 2024. I had to come here to watch this on this fine February 29. Somewhere in the comments someone said that they don't play this episode any more. I forgot about it until I saw it streaming on Pluto a week ago, so it's still getting streamed. And I'm still laughing my something and something off 🤣 See you all back here in 4 years!
The way Benny dances with past and present Sonia seems to imply that no matter what she looks like she will always be the most beautiful woman Benny's ever seen❤️🩹
The burns on the right side of Sonya's body can be interpreted as the loss of her other half (Benny Rosen) that day. I don't know if they did it on purpose but I saw it that way.
I feel like this is the ultimate litmus test for whether or not you like the show; you either find it hilarious or completely obnoxious. Personally I think it's hilarious, but I sort of understand the other side of it lol. Kelsey Grammer is brillant here imo
Does Frasier forget the words because he spent all his time on the aria that he didn’t rehearse buttons and bows? You’d think he’d remember something he sang a year ago.
EVERYBODY! "East is East, and West is West, and the wrong one I have chose. Let's go where you'll keep on wearin' those da da daas, bo-ba doze, things and buttons.. buttons and bows. Don't bury me, where the fluffy pea, er - something, la la laaa. Let's all go to a taco show, and, er, how...suchin' and frontsin', warm mine ohs, you'll look ri- buttons and bows. I love you in bucksin, la-da-da-da-da-da-daaa. And, na-na-naaa, dat-dat na naaaaa. My bones denounce the fearful trounce and la la la mo' le grouze. Va la souze, upon capoose, an' I'll pant, I'll hop and panythose, you'll look bubbly, buttons and bows!"
How do you make these video/clips. Is there a website or something. Do you download the episode then cut out the clips you want to post? I want to do the same for this show and many other but dont know how.💚
