Ingredients you'll need:
Pasta of your choice
Olive Oil
Cucumber (1 large)
Apples (3)
Carrots (2 large)
Pineapple (1)
Sweetcorn (1 tin)
Black Pepper (1.5 teaspoons or to taste)
Salt (1.5 teaspoons or to taste)
Sugar (2 teaspoons or to taste)
Mayonnaise (300g)
Ketchup (to taste)
Cream (3 tablespoons)
Recipe:
1 - Cook pasta (5-7 minutes until it becomes soft/tender), strain and add to bowl
2 - Chop up fruits and vegetables into small cubes
3 - Add diced fruit and veg into pasta bowl
4 - Add in salt, pepper, sugar, mayo, ketchup and cream in quantities listed above
5 - Mix everything together well and refrigerate
