Cold shrink tubing is a fast and easy way to weatherproof a RF coax connection on the tower. Unlike heat shrink tubing, it can create a permanent seal without applying heat, so it is also known as No-heat shrink tubing.
Simply position the pre-expanded tubing over the connection that you are protecting and pull the rip cord, the tubing will shrink and compresses to form a weatherproof seal.
