This is a cold start of the DEV bus, 1991 carpenter international with a DT360, it was 3 degrees f outside and the bus was not plugged in, it was driven 24 hours before. The batteries are close to 5 years old in it their tags are correct.
How common was swapping this later 90's style dashboard in for the early 90's one? It seems like all of the 3000-series trucks/buses on RU-vid from the early 90s have the dashboard swapped for this later one
Very common swap.. the dashboard in t has a date of 2004.. the bus has a reman jasper engine from 2004.. my guess is that the original dashboard broke and the owner over-heated it.. so when they put a new engine in they swapped in a new panel
