Funny how people in the comments are dissing this knife. I'm thinking they never handled, let alone owned and operated this knife. I love both my less expensive Zy Ex versions with Aus 8. I would love to have the S35VN versions, but my Aus 8 does fine. 4" and 6" Thanks for the video
The price is currently $185 usd on blade hq. For price comparison check out the Benchmade fact 417 at $225 usd. Then keep in mind that knife is only 4 inches wearas this TI-LITE is 6 inches. The 4 inch version of this TI-LITE is only $150. Sure the Benchmade might be a little fancier but cold steel offers a pretty good value for the money by comparison. What else would you compare it to?
I've watched this video many times. Thank you for making it. You are the only one who has made a good video about this particular model. I think this is going to be my next knife. I'm a fan of cold steel. I have the large espada g-10. I love that knife but it takes up a whole pocket and I'm a bigger guy. I am wondering if this might be a little bit more pocketable. I like your explanation of the balance point of the knife. Being balanced a little further back on the handle essentially gives you more reach as that last inch of handle becomes an extension of the blade.

One thing - if I’m not mistaken, your scale was reading 7.04oz, not 7.4. If that’s correct, the knife is slightly lighter than what is indicated on the box.
Hey brotha question I just got mine today, but I’m guessing it normal the part of the blade where it runs with the liner lock is it also worned out I guess where it runs that lil spot doesn’t have the black coating on it
That's a hard one. I want to say the Aluminum is the one to go for. But that just my own preference. If you want light and durable then go for the G10 version. I like the weight of the Aluminum over all tbh.
No way in hell would I pay 200 for that knife . I blow money on knifes allllllll the time . But I don’t see the value or the appeal . It reminds me of a Comic book magazine from the back pages that took you three months to get in the mail.
