Depends about the pepper spray sometimes it can splash on you too especially if it is Wendy. My sister in law was trying to tell me cops shouldn’t have guns because pepper spray will stop a violent attacker in there tracks and there is no way they could work through it or control it…. She went on to tell me the stuff she has is the strongest available has the highest level of oc possible and also has CN gas used by the military. I have been pepper sprayed before kind of laughed at her and decided to try to see how I would react. Keep in mind I had no anger no motivation and was not intoxicated in anyway or on any drugs like a lot of attackers maybe drunk on pain killer, uppers or a mix of all lol. So first off she missed and hit me in the back of the shoulder and leg which just felt like icy hot and would not stop me in any sense and if I had a weapon she would be dead. But for the sake of the test I stood completely still with my eyes and mouth open and she sprayed me for several seconds all over my face in my mouth in my nose in both eyes and both ears. I then proceeded to walk forward about 20feet and stab a dummy 8 times in the liver I then set my knife down layed on the grass trying to hose my face off it was uncomfortable and didn’t wash off well 😂 so I decided to just go lay down in my bed to enjoy my pain ate some chips a burrito smoke a joint and went to bed it was u comfortable but not that bad especially since I am just a normal average guy with a little bit of mental toughness I probably developed through athletics I have this recorded on my channel. Pepper spray could be a useful distraction to avoid a violent distraction if the situation is already violent like he is coming out you with a weapon the pepper spray is totally useless especially if the person is motivated in rage and I got to think a good cocktail of drugs would help duel the biting sensation as well. I would keep it as a middle ground before something becomes totally violent but it is a poor replacement for a gun or knife. If dude has his knife out and is ready and is not a totally puss he will take the spray In the face it will prob spash back on you as well you will prob be just as disoriented as him and he will continue stabbing you to death and deal with the discomfort when he is done be careful and stay safe
Well, thankyou for that! And yes. I've learned alot out of peppersray in general. And I agree with you. It is very poor in selfdeffence. All you stated is very likely of an outcome. I'll stick to carrying a knife or gun. Learn to use the item and get familiar with it in bouth use and under stress. The reality of it is that is someone is intent on attacking you peppersray may help but wont really be effective.
@@knives-sg1sz good to have options the one time I used it at work is we had a crazy female she smacked my flashlight out of my hand was making death threats and punched some of my guards. I chose the spray over punching her back or taking her down and dragging her out I think her sitting in the Corner untill the cops came was a better look lol
@@j.p.9522 idk man, you might get some superficial cuts if you're not careful but i don't foresee it hurting anybody badly. i think the risks are somewhat small for the amount of benefit you'd get from a double edged blade
